A working knowledge of how to use at least one mainstream generative AI tool (e.g., ChatGPT-4, Claude, or Gemini) is recommended in order to get the full benefit of the course.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your registration. Please review our cancellation policy below: If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email at least 24 hours before the course begins. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the start of the course will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee to cover credit card processing costs and administrative time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the course start time are not eligible for a refund. We invest significant time preparing materials and cannot fill your spot on short notice. If we need to cancel the course for any reason, we will notify you in writing and offer you the option to either 1) receive a full refund of your registration fee or 2) apply the fee to the next scheduled course.
